theMuze guarantees fully satisfaction when you receive our products. Should one of the problems listed below occur, we will replace the art print or the missing pieces fully, at our expense – instantly. If needed, we will pickup the art print and replace it with a new one.

One year replacement guarantee on your purchase
We will give a full year guarantee on any error in our products during in the first year after purchase, in normal usage. If needed, we will pick up the art print and replace it with a new one. Please contact us for return details and conditions.

Exclusions
Excluded from any the guarantee and returns policy are all damages or errors occurred during unpacking by the customer or hanging of the art print. Also excluded are transportation damages occurred during transport that is not from theMuze to the customer or from the customer to theMuze. In case of above mentioned excluded problems, the art print can be replaced, but the additional costs may be .
